Our Concierge team is here to handle all the logistics on your behalf. Our policy regarding scheduling and payment is that your Concierge handle all of the booking and payment on your behalf, typically through one of our experience partner providers. Due to our experience policies as well as ensuring security for both our Recipients and our Concierge team, your Concierge will be unable to log in to a Recipient's personal account.
During the planning process with your Concierge, you can share your frequent flyer or hotel rewards program information for them to apply at time of booking.
If you would like to apply your frequent flyer number after booking, visit the "Manage My Booking" portal on the airline website, and use your record locator which is notated in your Blueboard Confirmation email. There, you will be able to edit passenger details and contact info until your departure day.
