Need to find an important confirmation, or need to double check dates?
You can find important information such as this (and more) under the "My rewards" section of your Blueboard account.
To do so, follow along with these steps:
- Access your Blueboard account by going to https://redeem.blueboard.com/home
- Click "My Rewards" at the top of the experience menu
- Click the "Upcoming Experiences" tab
- Click "Booking details and attachments"
- This will open a new page that highlights all of the important details of your experience
Under the "Booking details and attachments" page you'll be able to find useful documents, locations, and even tips on what to bring with you on the day of your experience!
