The earliest available booking date for an experience is displayed in gray on each individual experience. It can also be seen on the Experience Details page (accessed once you click on the experience) and as part of the experience preference survey.
These dates are specific to each experience and are frequently updated by Blueboard, ensuring that you have up to date information regarding your preferred experience, such as availability. As well, these dates help to provide more flexibility for experience options, ensuring that you are able to take part in your preferred experience at a time that works best for you.
For example, the experience below has the earliest available booking date listed as “Available for scheduling Jun. 5, 2023 and beyond.” This means that the earliest available date to take part in this experience would be June 5th, 2023. It is also available for booking any time after that date.
During peak periods such as the holidays, the earliest available booking date may be further in the future due to anticipated increases in experience cost and limited provider availability.
