Can I combine my rewards?

While we can’t systematically combine your rewards into one larger reward, you can definitely redeem multiple rewards (up to three) towards the same overall experience to help enhance it. Depending on your reward level and the number of rewards you are redeeming, this can include add-ons such as:

• Bringing an extra guest to your experience
• Adding additional services for spa related experiences
• Extending a getaway based experience with an additional night

Interested? Here's how it'll work:

1. Choose the experience of your choice from the experience menu and click "Connect with concierge"
2. Once you click "Connect with concierge", you'll be prompted with a brief survey relating to the experience
3. In this survey, please note that you would like to use an additional reward(s) towards the experience -- remember, you can use up to 3 total rewards!
4. You'll then be paired up with a Concierge and they'll handle all of the *magic* and make sure that all necessary rewards are used towards the overall experience

As a note: your Concierge will only use rewards as they are needed! If budget permits, and your Concierge can plan your desired experience with only 2 rewards, rather than with all 3, they'll defer to that option. You'll then get the extra reward back to use at a later date.
