To begin working with a Concierge, an experience needs to be redeemed in our system. This will ensure that we have the necessary information to begin planning, and that you are paired with a Concierge that specializes in your chosen experience.
As a reminder: nothing gets booked without your confirmation, so no worries if you decide to change your mind after making your initial selection. Just let your Concierge know and they’ll be happy to help you select a new experience.
