Our Concierge team is here to handle all the logistics on your behalf. Our policy regarding scheduling and payment is that your Concierge handle all of the booking and payment on your behalf, typically through one of our experience partner providers.
If during the planning process your Concierge is unable to complete payment on your behalf, we will be able to provide reimbursement. A copy of the payment invoice must be submitted and the date paid must be within the past 30 days prior to initiating the reimbursement. Partial reimbursements may be sent prior to an experience for add-ons that can't be prepaid by the Concierge (ex: gratuity).
