While we can't upgrade your reward to a new level, we'd be happy to look into accommodating your requests for upgrades of your chosen experience.
Please make sure to mention your desired "upgrade(s)" in the scheduling preference survey that you'll fill out once you click "Connect with Concierge". Once we receive your reward selection, your Concierge will curate the experience with your preferences in mind and will then reach out to discuss the details.
Please note: if there are any costs that fall outside of your rewards package coverage, you will be responsible for that overage. Due to our experience policies, we are unable to accommodate requests where the out of pocket cost exceeds more than half of your total reward value.
Your Concierge will be able to provide you with more detailed information surrounding potential overages and you'll be made fully aware of the amount prior to finalizing the experience. If the amount is more than expected, or if you'd rather avoid an out of pocket cost all together, you'll be able to select a new experience.
