Before you start planning travel with your Concierge, you'll need the following information:
- Full legal name(s) for all that will be traveling*
- Birthdate(s) of all that will be traveling
- Current passports (if traveling internationally)**
- Passport numbers (if traveling internationally)
- Passport expiration dates (if traveling internationally)***
- Known Traveler Number if you are enrolled in Global Entry for TSA Pre-check (optional)
- frequent Flyer or Hotel Rewards Program information (optional)
*Once a name is tied to an airline booking, most airlines do not allow name changes. We highly recommend reviewing information prior to submitting details via the Traveler Details Form. Please ensure that the information submitted matches your (or your guests) government issued ID exactly. Should you plan on changing your name after booking your flights, we highly recommend postponing any modifications until after you have traveled.
**If a new passport is necessary, apply several months in advance to receive your passport in time for your travel.
***Your current passport should be at least 6 months away from expiration and have 2 or more blank pages for entry stamps. Certain countries may not allow you to enter if these stipulations are not met.
You can read more about Passport regulations via the travel.state.gov official website.
Please note: due to international restrictions, we cannot provide any assistance securing a visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) or passport aside from pointing you to some official instructive and helpful resources. Please ask your Concierge if you'd like to be directed to these resources.
