As it turns out, due to international restrictions, we cannot provide any assistance with securing a visa, Certificate of Entry (COE) or passport aside from pointing you to some official instructive and helpful resources. Please ask your Concierge if you'd like to be directed to these resources!
As a note: visa/passport denial or not securing a passport in time does not fall under extenuating circumstances; requests for reschedule or cancellations when an extenuating circumstance is not present will not be accommodated. More details regarding our experience policies can be found here.
