Important for Large Reward Sends
If you are sending a large amount of rewards at once, you may experience throttling due to an influx of emails reaching your server. To avoid any issues with Recipients receiving their reward emails and ensure deliverability, please contact your IT team in advance with the date and time of send and the total number of emails to expect.
